1. Pre ceremony allow 1/2 hour shooting bride
2. Add drive time to ceremony
3. Add ceremony Time
4. Add Portrait time
5. Add drive to reception time
6. Allow 1/2 hour introductions
7. Now figure 15 minutes for each tradition at the reception you want covered and When the DJ will have them begin.
